BalPure Ballast Water Treatment Systems

Quantum are delighted to announce that we have been appointed as the Sole UK Agents for the brilliant BalPure Ballast Water Treatment Systems from Severn Trent De Nora.

BalPure is a brilliant system based on well proven technology that Severn Trent has used in other sectors for over 35 years. With the forthcoming ratification of the IMO Convention on Ballast Water this market is estimated to be worth over $30 billion in the next 5 years or so and the BalPure product promises to be the system of choice for the wise ship owner and manager.

Quantum acted as consultants to Severn Trent De Nora for 6 months, during which time we demonstrated the standard to which we could represent STDN and were selected as the UK representatives for Balpure.

This is a significant development for Quantum and we are now full steam ahead to cover all the bases in the UK market for this product, which could be as many as 2000 ships.
